Lack of resources

Sometimes it is pretty difficult to manage tight software project timeline with limited resources. With the current economic situations, it becomes extremely difficult for a software project manager to justify additional manpower and resources to deal with complicated and critical projects. It is fact of life whereby we are told to do with whatever manpower resources we have and to make it happen by hook or by crook. I guess that’s life and so long as you work for others it is something that you got to deal with, one way or another, in particular if you are involve with project management
