Okay true they don't spend years testing this type of vaccine, but if they did it would no longer be useful, because by the time they were done the flu virus would have mutated a million times into something completely different. The flu, though it's always called the flu is never the identical virus year to year, because it's always changing. This is why you have to get a flu shot every year. Some viruses (like smallpox) never change so you only have to get vaccines once.
No way to sue Big Pharma? Well there's a good precident to set for when a real super-killer virus hits and we need a vaccine immediately! As above, there isn't time to test it completely but it's ingredients are harmless to anyone who isn't already allergic to them, so the benefit outweighs the risk.
Don't publish mis-information about things like this, it's reckless, and will cause death's and illness as a result of people believing it. Their blood is on your hands!

I have heard that some of the chemicals in the vaccine are harmful. I think that in the U.S. the symptoms are far less terrible than they are in other countries.
