2) To gain healthy only diet is not enough, you need to put in some physical effort too. That is you have to work out regularly to keep yourself in right shape of mind and body. Scientist have established a relationship between exercise and depression, they suggest exercise can be good booster in destroying depression. Even a small 5 to 20 minutes of jogging, swimming or even walking can help improve your condition tremendously.
But it is required you carry out works out regular, on all days of week to see better and quicker results. Exercise need not have to be hard and strenuous to make you healthy, start slowly in the begin and gradually increase when you are comfortable.

Exercise is good giver of endorphins, which is a chemical in human brain that functions to improve mood. This chemical is important factor in alleviating depression symptoms. Exercise also raises body temperature which can also make person feel calm and peaceful. Physical activity also reduces harmful chemicals in immune system that have potential of increasing depression.

When you are experiencing negative thought you start to view world from negative perception. These negative feeling are automatic and hence difficult to control.
