Win and loose

Win and loose are part and parcel of life.
Nobody wins all the time, neither does anyone loose all the time.
Unless we are born looser which I don’t believe anyone is a born looser, winning or loosing in life are by and large within our control and ours for the taking if we make effort to achieve it. As much as we desire to win as often as we can and to loose as little as possible, we should realize that with careful thoughts, considerations and actions on our part, we can increase our chances of winning and minimize losses. Sometimes it is worth to take immediate short-term risk for the greater sake of future gains and benefits. The rich take risks to improve their chances of winning while the poor avoid risks to minimize their chances of failures and loosing. I am sure we have all heard the saying ‘No risk, no gain’ and ‘No pain no glory’.

We must take decisive steps and not to waste time nor should we procrastinate when the window of opportunity comes knocking at our door. I am reminded of a friend who is afraid to part with his money into investing unless he can be assured that there is no risks involve whatsoever. It is absolutely normal for us to win some and to loose some. That’s the name of the game. So long as we able to keep up with winning more than loosing we should count ourselves successful so to speak. This by no means implies that it is okay for us to gamble incessantly and foolishly for we know that the odd is stack against us as far as gambling is concern.
